Cafe Caribe has been a fixture in Carrollwood since 1996, serving authentic Cuban and Spanish-American food from its Dale Mabry location. The kitchen makes Cuban sandwiches with slow-roasted mojo pork, ham, salami, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on Cuban bread. Breakfast runs to eggs cooked to order with your choice of meat and Cuban toast. You'll also find empanadas and their Cafe Caribe Breakfast Special. It's a family-run spot open seven days a week for morning and midday meals.
