Terms of Use

HypedLocal is a directory of local places and jobs in the Tampa Bay region. You may browse it for your own personal use. Please do not copy the directory in bulk, use automated tools to collect it, or use it to send unwanted messages to businesses or people.

We work to keep listings accurate, but business details, hours, and job postings come from many sources and can change. Check with the business before you rely on them.

Job postings on HypedLocal are written by the businesses that are hiring. We review each posting before it goes live, but the business, not HypedLocal, is the employer, sets the job's requirements, and makes every hiring decision.

When you press Submit application on a job, you agree that:

• HypedLocal emails your application (the information shown in the preview before you submit) to that business, with your email set as the reply address.
• The business may contact you by email or phone about that job.
• HypedLocal does not keep a copy of your application. We count that an application was sent for the job, never who sent it or what it said. Our email provider keeps short delivery logs, as every email service does.
• The information you submit is true to the best of your knowledge, and it is yours to share. Do not submit an application for someone else.
• Submitting does not promise a reply, an interview, or a job. Each business follows its own process and the hiring laws that apply to it, including rules for workers under 18.

Your info in "Apply with my info" stays in your own browser unless you submit. It is remembered on your device only if you choose "Remember my info on this device", and "Clear my info" removes it.

Job alerts are optional and separate from applying. If you tick the job alerts box, we keep only your email and ZIP code and send you a link to confirm. We email you about new jobs only after you confirm, and every alert has a one-click unsubscribe.

A business that posts a job confirms that the job is real and lawful, that it is hiring for it, and that the address it gives for applications belongs to it. Postings must follow applicable employment laws, including fair hiring and youth employment rules. We may decline, edit for clarity, or remove any posting.

Applications sent through HypedLocal are for hiring that job only. Do not add applicants to marketing lists or share their information beyond your hiring process.
