Rooster & The Till opened in Seminole Heights in 2013 as a 37-seat neighborhood spot and has grown to 72 seats. Co-owned by Chef Ferrell Alvarez and Chon Nguyen, the restaurant centers on a constantly evolving tasting menu and hosts visiting chefs for special events. The front bar runs a daily happy hour, and the kitchen can arrange custom wine or cocktail pairings for private events. There's on-site parking at the corner of Diane Street and Florida Avenue.
