Bavaro's Pizza Napoletana & Pastaria opened in Tampa in 2009 as Florida's first traditional Neapolitan pizzeria. The kitchen centers on hand-crafted wood-fired brick ovens designed by third-generation Neapolitan craftsmen, paired with a 100-year-old yeast culture and recipes from Naples. Ingredients arrive directly from Italy. Beyond pizza, the restaurant makes fresh pasta and operates its own homemade pasta sauce line. You can order online, arrange catering with delivery or pickup, or grab gift cards. Bavaro's has expanded across the Bay area and also runs Bavaro's Kitchen & Market, with products at local farmer's markets.
