Save Our Seabirds is a nonprofit in Sarasota dedicated to rescuing, treating, and rehabilitating sick, injured, and orphaned wild birds in the area. The organization runs a fully equipped Avian Hospital where rescued wildlife receives medical care. Around 100 resident birds live here permanently, unable to return to the wild due to their injuries. Visitors can connect with these birds through the Bird Walk experience. The nonprofit also runs field trips, tours, and outreach programs for schools and community organizations interested in learning about local bird conservation and care.
