Easter Seals, also known as Happiness House, has served the Sarasota-Manatee community since 1946. Located on Braden Avenue in Sarasota, the organization provides free autism screenings for children up to 18 years old alongside programs in early childhood development, K-12 education, adult enrichment, and specialized services for veterans and first responders. The organization offers music therapy, mental health counseling, and case management. InStride Ranch, a 62-acre facility in nearby Nokomis, provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and hippotherapy for riders ages 7 and up, including classical horsemanship and dressage instruction. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Easter Seals connects individuals and families across the region to therapeutic and educational support.
