Beyond beef, the menu includes oysters, escargot, and 22 different caviars. The wine program centers on an on-site 50-degree working cellar plus temperature-controlled warehouse storage holding over half a million bottles across 6,500 labels. More than 150 selections pour by the glass. The restaurant also operates the Harry Waugh Dessert Room. Located on South Howard Avenue in Tampa, it serves the greater Tampa Bay region.
