Van Dyke Farms is a residential community in Odessa built around a Tennis Center Clubhouse. The facility includes eight hard tennis courts, two of which are lighted, plus two courts that are double-lined for both tennis and pickleball play. Four regulation-size racquetball courts serve multiple sports including soccer, volleyball, hockey, and lacrosse training. Tennis and pickleball are available on a first-come, first-served basis for residents and their guests. Professional tennis instruction has been available through Eric Dobsha since 2017. The complex also features basketball, baseball, and playground facilities. Five women's league teams currently use the courts as home facilities.
