The company holds Certified Professional Roofing Contractor status in Tampa Bay. On the residential side, they work with asphalt shingles, architectural metals, and standing seam metal roofs. For commercial properties, they install built-up systems, modified roofing systems, cold applied systems, TPO systems, and metal roof systems. Beyond installation, they offer roof maintenance and inspections, plus consulting services including cost-savings analysis, design support, and strategic partnerships. Current president Brian Swope has led the company since 1985 and serves as president of the Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association, representing the roofing industry on Florida's building commission since 2012.
