Tampa Bay Grand Prix operates indoor go-kart racing facilities in Tampa and the Clearwater/St. Petersburg area. The Grand Prix Track features twists, turns, and straightaways designed by a professional racer, while the Speed Track offers longer stretches with turns. Both use Italian-manufactured OTL-ITALIA pro-karts that reach speeds up to 50 mph. Each race includes lap time tracking with printouts and projector screen display so you can see how you performed. The facility handles birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations, corporate team-building events, and private track rentals. The Cafe serves coffee, pastries, pretzels, and nachos. Safety features include operator-controlled speed and stop capability on each kart plus barrier systems around the tracks.
