St. Petersburg Distillery has been making spirits in-house since 2014. You can visit the tasting room to try their lineup, which includes Tippler's Bourbon Reserve aged in ex-bourbon barrels, Banyan Reserve Vodka made from American corn, Oak & Palm Coconut Rum from Florida cane sugar, and several others. The distillery offers guided behind-the-scenes tours with tastings. They also run a 1920s-themed speakeasy and host private events year-round.
