Slay The Bay Fishing Charters operates out of Tampa Bay with Captain Kevin Overstreet, a USCG-licensed captain who spends roughly 250 days a year on the water. The boat is a Shearwater 25LTZ equipped with twin power pole anchors, a 12-inch Lowrance fish finder with GPS, a 36-volt Minn Kota trolling motor, and a 350 Mercury Verado four-stroke engine. The setup allows fishing in waters as shallow as 12 inches, opening access to flats and shallow bays across the region. Charters target sharks, mackerel, snook, redfish, black drum, sheepshead, snapper, tripletail, and cobia. The operation welcomes anglers of all experience levels and ages. Slay The Bay also runs a 12-week fishing camp for youth 17 and under during the year.
