The café roasts single-lot, single-farm coffees using traditional light roasting methods, along with blends featuring cardamom, cinnamon, and clove. Beyond coffee, Qamaria serves Qishr, a tangy fruit-flavored beverage made from coffee husks with mild caffeination, traditionally prepared for evening gatherings in Yemen. Co-founded by Yemeni entrepreneurs Hatem Al-Eidaroos and Munif, the business honors a coffee heritage spanning over 500 years. The café operates in the Tampa Bay area and welcomes wholesale partnerships.
