Pilates Personal Training Gadar is a Pilates studio in Sarasota. The studio is fully equipped with Gratz brand Pilates equipment including Reformers, Cadillac, Barrels, Chairs, Ped-O-Pul, Swedish Bars, and accessories. The studio also houses rare vintage Pilates equipment, including a piece made from Joseph Pilates' original blueprints. Owner Christina Maria Gadar trained and was certified directly by Romana Kryzanowska, a protégé of Joseph Pilates. The studio offers both in-studio and virtual Pilates instruction. Gadar has authored six Pilates books and created the Pilates Animals Workout for children, and founded the Open Access Pilates Archives for Pilates teachers and enthusiasts.
