They specialize in 100% Arabica beans sourced from Latin America, Africa, Indonesia, and other regions, offered in light, medium, and dark roasts. The roastery roasts to order in small batches and ships coffee within 24 hours in sealed bags marked with the roast date. Beyond single origins, they offer espresso blends, organic and decaf options, and a line of Zen Tazza Teas in black, green, red, and herbal varieties. Founder Todd Namik leads the roasting operation.
