About
Chad Mize is a multimedia artist, designer, and muralist based in St. Petersburg. Born in New Orleans and trained in visual communications at the University of Mississippi, he moved to St. Petersburg in 2003 and opened his gallery in the Historic Uptown neighborhood in 2018. Though the physical gallery closed in 2022, Mize continues to shape the Tampa Bay arts scene by curating exhibits at venues throughout the region. His work appears in private and corporate collections across the country and internationally, and he has completed mural projects at multiple locations in recent years. His client roster includes cultural institutions like The Dali Museum and Busch Gardens, as well as hospitality and corporate partners throughout Tampa Bay.
