MaxQ Fitness operates strength training studios in South Tampa and St. Petersburg, built around brief, focused workouts. Each session lasts 15 minutes and uses five machines that electronically sense your momentary strength and adjust resistance automatically. You train twice per week, completing one set of 10 reps on each machine. The studio tracks your progress every 72 hours by measuring body recomposition and total strength gains. Every client receives a custom macro-nutrient rich diet plan and personal health coaching as part of their training. MaxQ offers a free complimentary session so you can experience the approach before committing.
