Manasota Beach Yoga holds classes on the sand at two Sarasota County beaches: Manasota Beach in Englewood and Nokomis Beach in Nokomis. Certified instructors lead sessions for all levels, offering modifications so you can practice at your own pace. Morning classes run year-round at Nokomis Beach, while Manasota Beach hosts weekday mornings during the cooler months. Sunset sessions are also available. Classes happen rain or shine, and parking is free at both locations. Donations support the instructors; no one is turned away for lack of funds.
