Jackson Springs Recreation Center sits on Jackson Springs Road in Tampa and serves the neighborhood with both indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside you'll find a gym with basketball and volleyball courts, a fully mirrored dance room, a fitness center with weights and classes, and meeting rooms. Outside there's a skate park, playground, basketball courts, a soccer field, picnic tables, and walking trails. The community center itself is free to enter. A monthly Wellness Access Pass gives you use of the fitness center. The center runs after school programs and summer recreation programs for kids in the area. The skate park has safety rules in place: helmets required for riders 17 and under, and elbow and knee pads for those 12 and under, with parent or guardian supervision required for children 12 and under.
