Irish 31 is a pub house and eatery that opened its first location in Hyde Park Village in 2011 and has since expanded to three locations across the Tampa Bay area. The Seminole spot serves food and drinks alongside live performances from local and national musicians. The restaurant features i31 Whiskey, a small batch blend distilled right here in Tampa, available neat, in cocktails, or incorporated into dishes. Beyond the bar and kitchen, Irish 31 established the iCare Foundation nonprofit in 2017 and runs the Cheers to PUBlic Service initiative to recognize and support teachers in the community.
