Irish 31 started in Hyde Park Village in 2011 and has grown to three locations across the Sarasota region. The pubs serve food and drinks in a traditional pub house setting, with live music from local and national musicians. The business produces i31 Whiskey, a small batch blend distilled in Tampa and made exclusively for Irish 31. Beyond the bar, Irish 31 established the iCare Foundation nonprofit in 2017 and runs the Cheers to PUBlic Service initiative to recognize teachers in the community.
