Inside Control Academy teaches jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts in Saint Petersburg. Youth jiu-jitsu starts at age 5, with kickboxing for ages 7 and up. Adults can train jiu-jitsu from age 15, kickboxing from 15, and MMA from 18 and up. The facility has two large mat spaces for classes. Instructors include Gabe, Coach Q, Billy, Anton, Charlie, and Professor Nick. The academy offers free trial classes so you can see if the program fits your goals.
