The building grew over the decades, adding its first floor expansion in 1986 and then upper floors with a rooftop twin bar in 1990. The Hurricane Watch Roof-Top deck gives you 360-degree views across Pass-A-Grille and St. Pete Beach. The kitchen handles seafood straightforwardly: hand-breaded calamari, you-peel shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce, grilled and fried grouper, lobster rolls, blackened salmon, and shrimp in Boom Boom sauce. The bar pours tropical drinks like Pina Coladas, Tequila Sunrises, and Rum buckets. They also handle catering for groups between 30 and 200 people.
