HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio located in Carrollwood's Lakeside Plaza Shopping Mall on Dale Mabry Highway. The studio offers virtually instructed sauna workouts including Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Barre, and several other formats. Sessions run either 30 minutes for isometric workouts or 15 minutes for HIIT training, with up to three members per session. The studio also has a Functional Exercise Zone with bands, weights, ropes, and silent trainer videos. Members can book sessions and track progress through the HOTWORX Burn Off App, which also offers workout challenges. New members can try their first session free during staffed hours.
