HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio located inside Clearwater Mall on Gulf to Bay Boulevard. Members can access the studio anytime, with staffed hours available throughout the week. The studio offers virtually instructed workout sessions in 15-minute and 30-minute formats, including Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Cycle, Hot Barre, and several other modalities. Sessions use patented infrared saunas during workouts. The space also includes a Functional Exercise Zone with bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment for additional training. Members can book sessions and track progress through the HOTWORX Burn Off App, which also offers challenges. The TrainingTRAX program provides personalized workout plans designed around a 90-day results framework. Sessions accommodate up to three members.
