Fly fishing instruction and destination trips in Sarasota, led by a retired 35-year guide and certified casting instructor.
About
Grassett Capt Rick Fly Fishing Guide is a Sarasota-based fly fishing instruction and travel service run by Capt. Rick, who retired from full-time guiding in September 2024 after 35 years on the water. He holds FFI Certified fly casting instructor credentials and teaches through CB's Saltwater Outfitters Orvis-Endorsed Fly Fishing Schools. The service offers private fly casting and fishing instruction tailored to your skill level, tackle rigging help, and organized fly fishing trips to destinations like the Bahamas. Gift certificates are available for instruction sessions, casting lessons, and multi-day destination trips. Whether you're learning to cast for the first time or planning an exotic fishing adventure, this is a local resource built on decades of hands-on experience.
