You choose your base, vegetables, protein, and sauce; the 6 Bowl gives you the most flexibility with two of each, while the 4 Bowl and 3 Bowl scale down the options. They work with antibiotic- and hormone-free meats, source salmon responsibly, and hand-cut their vegetables daily. Everything is cooked in 100% olive oil with no seed oils. Their sauces are made in-house, and they offer both 100% dairy-free and 100% gluten-free recipes across the menu. Limited edition items like Teriyaki Salmon and Golden Char Chicken rotate in alongside the core menu. They also handle catering orders and run a rewards program for regular customers.
