Extera Vita
Sarasota outdoor living design and build; pergolas, kitchens, decks, furniture, and custom installations.
About
Extera Vita designs and builds outdoor living spaces across Sarasota, from backyard retreats to rooftop and waterfront installations. The shop specializes in bioclimatic pergolas, customizable structures that work for both residential and commercial settings. They handle outdoor kitchen design and installation, build wooden decks, and source exclusive outdoor furniture in various materials and fabrics. Beyond the big pieces, Extera Vita also provides custom curtains and hardware, cushions and pillows, plus outdoor lighting, video, and sound systems to complete the space. Their process moves through discovery, architectural concepts, 3D modeling, and construction, using Building Information Modeling technology to plan and execute the work.
