The bar specializes in frozen daiquiris made with techniques refined over 30 years, along with a full selection of liquor, draft and bottled beers, seltzers, and wines. The food menu features seafood and vegetarian options, with the kitchen able to accommodate most food allergies. Virgin daiquiri flavors include Strawberry, Piña Colada, and Venice Vice. Each location has a dog-friendly outdoor patio where leashed dogs are welcome. Daiquiri Deck also runs a Catch & Cook program at all locations, partnering with certified fishing charters. The bar hosts private events and fundraisers for groups of 20 to 150 people and uses a digital waitlist system for seating.
