Every class is led by a coach who teaches proper technique and helps you scale movements to match your current fitness level, injuries, or experience. Most people train 3 to 4 times per week. Your first classes are structured introductions to the movements and fundamentals. The gym posts a Workout of the Day and stocks apparel and gear on site.
