Classes are organized into four levels, starting with Foundation and progressing through Progression, Evolution, and Mastery. Instructors here have completed over 450 to 500 hours of comprehensive pilates training. New members can try a free 30-minute intro class to see if the studio is a fit. The studio is located on West Linebaugh Avenue and serves the Westchase area and surrounding Tampa neighborhoods looking for structured pilates instruction.
