You can start with their free intro class, a 30-minute full-body session that introduces the equipment and method. From there, classes progress through four levels, from Foundation through Mastery, so you can build at your own pace. Instructors here have completed more than 450 hours of comprehensive Pilates training. The studio uses state-of-the-art equipment including reformers, springboards, chairs, and mats. Class options include Center and Balance, F.I.T., Suspend, Restore, Teen, Cardio Sculpt, Reformer Flow, and Control. Cardio Sculpt uses a Jumpboard and has been shown to increase bone density. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, the range of levels and class types means there's something for different goals and experience.
