Club Pilates on South Howard Avenue offers eight class types designed to meet you where you are, whether you're starting out or deepening your practice. Classes span Foundation through Mastery levels and include Center and Balance, F.I.T., Suspend, Restore, Teen, Cardio Sculpt, Reformer Flow, and Intro sessions. Instructors have completed over 450 hours of comprehensive Pilates training. The studio offers a free 30-minute Intro Class so you can try a full-body session before committing. Cardio Sculpt classes use a Jumpboard for plyometric work. The studio serves the South Tampa area and surrounding neighborhoods looking for structured, equipment-based Pilates instruction.
