Bob van der Herchen Bee Removal & Rescue
Live honey bee removal and relocation service across Southwest Florida, serving residential and commercial properties.
About
Bob van der Herchen Bee Removal & Rescue handles live honey bee removal and relocation throughout Southwest Florida, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Venice, Englewood, and North Port. The service removes bees without toxic pesticides, relocating them to orange groves and rural areas instead. The operation is licensed, insured, and holds certifications as both a Killer Bee Specialist and Bee Removal Specialist. Staff members are registered with the Florida State Beekeepers Association. For properties with Africanized bees, the service re-queens colonies with gentle European queens, replacing all Africanized bees with European offspring within six weeks. Both residential and commercial properties are served.
