Armature Works turned a 1910 trolley barn in Tampa Heights into one of the city's favorite places to spend an unplanned afternoon. Inside, the Heights Public Market gathers local kitchens and bars under one soaring roof; outside, the lawn and river deck face the Hillsborough River at the north end of the Riverwalk. Come for coffee and stay through dinner, or arrive by water taxi and browse until something smells like lunch. It is casual, all-ages, and reliably lively on weekends.
