Aristokat Charters runs scuba diving trips out of Venice with Captain Jamie Bostwick, a US Coast Guard certified operator. The charter offers three main dive types: Megalodon fossil dives in shallow water, Army tank and barge dives at moderate depth, and trips to the Bayronto, a 400-foot shipwreck that sank during a hurricane in 1919. Each vessel takes a maximum of six divers, and trips run seven days a week when weather allows. Weights and bottled water come included on fossil dives; other gear is available to rent. Unguided dives are standard, though guided dives can be arranged for an additional fee. A minimum of four divers is needed per trip to depart.
