HELYX, their in-house restaurant and bakery, makes everything from scratch: sourdough breads fermented for three days, sauces, dressings, and dishes sourced from local farms. The space also functions as an urban gourmet market stocked with tinned fish, cheeses, charcuterie, and artisan products. For a deeper dive, THEORY to VERSE offers a multi-course tasting experience on select nights. A private back bar accommodates smaller gatherings with its own wine dispenser and multimedia setup.
