Steven Postans Antiques has been sourcing 18th and 19th century antiques for nearly 50 years from England and the Continent. The 28,000 square foot warehouse in Sarasota holds over 2,000 pieces of antique furniture at any time, serving dealers, auction houses, interior designers, decorators, and individual collectors. The shop buys estates and single pieces throughout the United States and imports directly from England. On site, a restoration department staffed with certified craftsmen handles French polishing and other period-appropriate repairs. Steven and Kim Postans, both English natives with four decades in the trade, run the operation.
