Steven Postans Antiques has been sourcing 18th and 19th century English and Continental pieces since 1975. The 28,000 square foot warehouse on 15th Street East holds over 2,000 antique furniture pieces at any time, with stock bought throughout the United States and imported directly from England. The shop works with dealers, auction houses, designers, decorators, and individual collectors. On-site restoration services include professional French polishing by certified craftsmen. The business also purchases estates and individual pieces. Steven and Kim Postans, both English natives, bring over 40 years of experience in the antique trade to Sarasota.
