The restaurant sources grass-fed beef from Florida's top producers, ages it 4–7 weeks in-house, then trims and cuts each piece to order before cooking over a 1000° Florida oak-fired grill. Beyond the regular menu, Steelbach hosts weekly UnWined Wednesdays wine events and exclusive multi-course wine dinners led by Master Sommeliers. Gift cards are available.
