Miguel's Restaurant has been serving French and Continental cuisine in Siesta Key since Miguel Garcia opened it in 1983. His sons, Chef Gabriel Garcia and Daniel Garcia, now manage the kitchen and dining room. Gabriel trained at Johnson & Wales Culinary School and works as a sommelier; Daniel has spent more than a decade welcoming guests. The menu centers on homemade, creative European-style dishes, with tableside preparations like Caesar salad. The wine selection is extensive, and a full bar rounds out the drinks program.
