The organization provides comprehensive healthcare services including free HIV and Hepatitis C testing, rapid STI screening with 90-minute results, and preventive medications like PrEP, nPEP, and DoxyPEP. Beyond sexual health, Metro offers primary care, pediatrics, psychiatric care, and therapy at multiple sites. The Metro Inclusive Pharmacy operates across several locations to serve the region. Through the Copay It Forward program, the organization has provided millions in free and reduced-cost care since 2018, making healthcare accessible regardless of ability to pay. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Metropolitan Charities operates over 100 programs and services across the Tampa Bay community.
