The signature Greek Salad uses a 100-year-old recipe from great-grandfather Louis Pappas Sr., built on a distinctive potato salad foundation. The kitchen handles vegetarian, gluten-conscious, and dairy-free requests. Beyond daily dining, the restaurant offers full-service catering with four decades of experience, handling events up to 250 guests across the region.
