Koya is an intimate eight-seat counter restaurant on West Platt Street in Tampa, serving contemporary Japanese cuisine shaped by Eastern and Western culinary traditions. The menu changes with the seasons, built around the Japanese concept of shun, or eating ingredients at their peak. Bluefin tuna and uni arrive weekly from Toyosu Market in Tokyo. Sake and wine selections are available by the glass to pair with your meal. Service runs Thursday through Saturday, with special events throughout the month.
