Kalamazoo Olive Company has operated Tampa Bay's original olive oil tasting room since 2010, letting you sample before you buy. They source extra virgin olive oils from groves across the northern and southern hemispheres, selecting by seasonal harvest. Each oil is laboratory tested for authenticity and purity with full tree-to-table traceability. Aged, white, and specialty balsamic vinegars come from a Modena, Italy producer whose cellar masters bring over 100 years of combined experience. The shop bottles and seals olive oil selections fresh on site, and also carries private label pasta sauces, tapenades, spices, and specialty food gifts.
