The glass wine vault holds 2,500 bottles from around the world. Rooted Wine Bar offers customizable wine flights and guided tastings paired with small plates, caviar service, and fresh oysters. The kitchen is led by Chef Partner Brandon Grady, who has been with Fleming's for more than a decade. Four private dining spaces accommodate groups from 16 to 60 guests. Local musicians perform nightly, and the bar serves hand-crafted cocktails and bar bites.
