Now under the ownership of Dan and Cheryl Prieto, the restaurant focuses on hand-crafted red and green sauces made with olive and canola oils, no lard or vinegar. The menu includes relleno plates, enchiladas, chimichangas, fajitas, and huevos rancheros. The cantina side features tequila selections. You can reserve a table online or by phone, and the restaurant runs a Clark Road Rewards Club for regular visitors.
