Cake Affection has been baking fresh daily in St. Pete since 2014, with additional locations in Seminole, Brooksville, and Spring Hill. Everything is handcrafted in-house: gourmet cupcakes and custom cakes, petite cakes, cookie sandwiches, French macarons, and spun-fresh cotton candy. They work with real European butter, imported chocolates from France, Switzerland, and Belgium, and Madagascar vanilla. When available, they use local seasonal fruits in their recipes. Beyond individual orders, they handle private events and large custom orders.
